Mayte Redcay
Serise offers behavioral health counseling, expert witness services, training, and program evaluations. Mayte Redcay the Director of clinical services at Serise and is a License Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), a License Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCDAC) in the state of NJ and PA and a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) who evaluates members who are subject to DOT regulations and have violated DOT drug and alcohol regulations. Mayte earned her graduate degree Master in Education from San Carlos University in Guatemala in 1999 and a Master in Social Work at Rutgers University. Mayte’s approach is to build a relationship, to listen, to understand what you have been through and where you want to go. She incorporates into her practice Holistic Mental Health strategies, interfaith spirituality and a strengths base approach. Mayte is knowledgeable in emotional intelligence, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and addressing issues related to relationship, depression, anxiety, ADHD and substance abuse. Mayte has experience providing clinical services in a range of settings including hospitals, intensive outpatient programs, non-profits Employee Assistance programs (EAP) and the Student Wellness program where she counseled students from New Jersey Medical School (NJMS) and Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences (RBHS). Mayte joined the Student Wellness staff at Elizabethtown College in December 2016. She lives & works near Lancaster, PA
