Grace Eunhae Rock
We all encounter pain and loss at various points throughout our lives. I believe that these experiences are complex and often derived from our relationships to people and systems, both past and present. I hope to explore with you the ways you have attached meaning and significance to these relationships and assist you in developing insight around how they have impacted various areas of your life. I also aim to help you understand your particular story in the context of other systemic influences. In doing so, I believe you will find greater opportunities to experience healing, transformation, and a greater sense of freedom and agency in the world. In our work together, I will be mindful and respectful of the various communities to which you belong and that have shaped your identity. I am committed to collaborating with you, to help you pursue the things that make for a good quality of life so that you can experience greater connection to yourself and to others in your community.
